Summary

A new home in Spring Hill needed more than just curb appeal. The property had grading challenges, no irrigation, and required a complete plan to bring the outdoor vision to life. Our team was brought in to handle everything from the foundation of the soil to the finishing touches in the beds.

The Work

Installed a new multi-zone irrigation system with a smart controller and dedicated zones for future needs
Built and contoured raised landscape beds with amended topsoil to fix drainage
Planted a wide selection of trees, shrubs, and perennials for year-round color
Added Dakota river rock and mulch for clean, defined beds
Buried downspout drainage and performed full grade work
Laid over 2000 yards of fescue sod to finish all main turf areas

The Outcome

The property now features healthy turf, vibrant planting beds, and a reliable irrigation system. The new grading and drainage prevent water issues, and the upgraded outdoor space is ready to be enjoyed in every season.
